Tiphares grew out of legibility research, an attempt to apply what we know about how we read to the shape of letters themselves. It sits between sans and serif, compact and structured, influenced by late-90s grotesques and wayfinding typography. Not a bold promise of ‘better legibility’, just a thoughtful, research-aware typeface built for real-world use.
